Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes to appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment time. Changes made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

No Show Policy

No Show appointments will incur a 100% appointment fee and may require a deposit to make another appointment.

Accidental Bookings

Appointments booked by accident will not be refunded as this is an unsustainable small business practice. Please read the information outlined on the booking page carefully, before securing your appointment time.
